Add a layer of wood pellets to the litter box, around 4–5 cm deep. Spread evenly, just as you would with any standard litter.

When used, pellets take in moisture and gradually soften where contacted. Solid waste stays on the surface, while wet areas naturally break down.

Scoop solid waste daily. Remove softened material as needed and top up with fresh pellets to maintain depth. Replace fully once absorbency noticeably decreases.
